Nerve Formula For Insomnia

A great way to settle in after your healing session to continue the process throughout the evening and into the night. This blend is extremely effective if taken in frequent doses just before bedtime. The hops make it quite bitter; for palatability, you may wish to tincture the formua, in which case increase the amounts of hops and vaerian.

3 parts chamomile

1 part oats

1 part passionflower

1 part valerian

1/2 part hops

Combine the herbs and prepare as an infusion. Take small, frequent doses beginning about 3 hours before bedtime.
